1. TITLE OF THE PROJECT

Hiring Website
The title of the project is “Hiring Portal”. It is a website
where the job seekers can search jobs which are suitable for
them where as the employers put up jobs which are vacant at
their company. It is to be used by agencies to improve the
efficiency of business.

2. Introduction
This project is very helpful for job seekers and the companies
seeking candidates to fill in their posts. It is viewed from
various perspectives like candidate, company website.

3. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT 

The main objective of this project is to provide a platform for
both job seekers and employer where one can apply for a job
as well as post a job.

7. PROPOSED SYSTEM: 
In the proposed system a Hirer can post, delete a
job vacancy which will include full description of the job. The
job posted can be maintained easily and this project will help
the hirer smoothen the process of hiring.

It is the Candidate profile page. Candidate can update it at any times.

7. Employer profile It is the Employer profile page. An Employer can update it at any
times.

In which website’s Admin email id are available for users.

9. Employers page In which, Job seekers can search, follow and connect with top
employers.

11. Future Scope: 
 Job seekers will get job recommendations based on their profile.

 Job seekers will be able to Create Multiple Profiles.

 Job seekers will be able to Block current employer from accessing their profile.

 Job seekers can be applying for job without registering themselves on website.

 We will provide log-out option to the users. It will provide Job Alerts on mobile number.

12. Limitation Of projects

• An Employers and Candidate can’t create multiple profiles.
• This website doesn’t provide job alert on job seeker’s mobile number.
• Sometimes job seekers could not reach the employers who originally posted
the job.
