1 Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

2 Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union
Territory.

3 It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on
or before the last date and time of bid submission.

4 The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall
not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidder's end.

5 EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

6 Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been
issued to bidder.

7 Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the
tender document.

8 1Conditional tenders will not be accepted

9 The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for
those costs.

10 The cost of the Tender form shall not be refundable.

11 The employer reserves the rights to Reject one or all Tender without assigning any reasons.

12 The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing E - Procurement Portal.

13 Contractor should be Registered in PRED

14 Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders.

15 To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should give all details and documents as per bid attached to this tender.

16 Materials like steel,cement etc.,required for the work shall be procured by the tenderer themselves and should got tested by the quality control authority
before use on the work.

17 As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a
sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund

18 All the formats prescribed in the bid document shall be filled by the tenderer in complete manner otherwise it will be rejected.

19 All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Executive Engineer reserves the right to verify the documents before approval.

20 Further particulars, if any, required by the Contractor can be had from the office of the Executive Engineer, ZP-Division, CHIKMAGALUR during office hours on
all working days. It may be noted that if any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a General Holiday , the next working day will hold good in lieu of the
dates mentioned.

21 0riginal documents / Certificates for pre qualification shall be produced at the time of opening of bid.

22 If the tenderer fails to comply with any of the conditions in the bid, their tender will be liable to be rejected.

23 All the terms in the tender include all lead lift, loading, unloading, transportation, labour, hire chares of machinery , curing for concrete works

24 Contractors should follow strictly prevailing rules of labour act

25 The tender validity period is 90 Days from the date of opening of Tender

26 In case if the death of a contractor, after executing the agreement / commencement of the work, his legal heir, is an eligible registered contractor and is
willing, can execute and complete the work, at the accepted tender rates, irrespective of the cost of the work.

27 The intending contractors are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the Standard Bid document

28 The contractor should maintain the work for the period of ONE years (1 year) after the completion of the work at his own cost.

29 The contractors assessed tender capacity will be calculated asper the clauses of STD document attached.
