How to Clean Carpet without a Carpet Cleaner

- apply club soda on stains

- eliminating odors: combine 1 part white vinegar & 1 part water & spray on carpet, then blot with clean
cloth

- sprinkle baking soda on a stain, let it sit for a few hours, then vaccuum it up

- vaccuum thoroughly, in 3 different directions

- Mix 1/4 cup salt, 1/4 cup borax and 1/4 cup vinegar, then apply this paste to deep stains or heavily
soiled sections of carpet. Allow the paste to sit on the carpet for several hours until it dries completely,
then vacuum it away.
