Client’s Comments: 2021 will be the year of Connected Media. Connected Media refers to media - tv,
radio, billboard ad placements - that is placed and changed based on knowing who the viewer or listener
is. Engaged users can then be followed through all other marketing channels - social, mobile, email, etc -
and tracked to and through point of purchase. We've been covered on CNBC/Forbes/Bloomberg and
more pre-COVID. During COVID advertisers that spent traditionally saw losses because they were not
