Directions: Arrange the following steps in chronological order. Just write the
corresponding number of the proper steps of the procedure base on the given
procedure.

1) _____Get the bag, fold the paper lining and place in between the flaps and cover
the bag.

2) _____Remove apron folding away from the body, with soiled side folded inwards and
the clean side out. place it in the bag.

3) _____Ask for a basin of water or a glass of water if faucet is not available. place
this outside the working area.

4) _____Upon arriving at the client’s home, place the bag on the table or any flat
surface lined with paper lining, clean side out (folded part touching the table). put
the bag’s handles or straps beneath the bag.

6) _____Take out hand towel, soap dish and apron and place them at one corner of
the work area (within the confines of the working area).

7) _____Put out things most needed in rendering nursing care (thermometer,

kidney basin, cotton ball, waste paper bag) and place at one corner of the work
area.

8) _____Place paper receptacle outside the working area.

9) _____Close the bag.

10) _____Proceed to the nursing care and treatment.
