‘Lord of the flies’

 Beginning
Everything had started on plane when it suddenly crashed. A 12 year old named
Ralph woke up on an Island he didn’t know. He was going around the Island until
he found a fat boy with glasses. Ralph told his name and when the other boy tried
to say his name Ralph interrupted him and said that he was a Piggy which he
called him that. They were wondering around a shore when they found a conch
Piggy couldn’t blow it because he had asthma so Ralph blew it. Then on the forest
a group of boys appear. Their leader was a boy younger than Ralph named Jack
and his friends were Simon and Roger.
They were talking about who needs to be the leader of the group. Everyone
agreed with Ralph. Simon, Ralph and Jack went exploring without Piggy and when
they came back a small boy said he had seen a snake like beast and that he is
afraid of it. Later on Jack sees a pig and tries to kill it but he couldn’t because he
didn’t have the effort to do it. Meanwhile Ralph tried to build shelters while the
other kids were playing, then Ralph got mad because they weren’t helping and he
was doing everything alone. They tried making fire with Piggy’s glasses. There
was fire but there was no smoke.
 Conflict
The conflict becomes with the different think between each other, to have a ruler,
and to build a civilization. They have problems because Ralph, Jack and Simon
find the first piglet, although Jack is unable to kill it. Also they need to fight to have
a good mind health, in a expedition they think they find a monster but it was all
about his imagination. Also Jack and Ralph fight for who will lead the island, so
they vote to Ralph to lead and Jack makes jealous and hates the fact that he
initially does not have authority over the entire group of boys. Later on the novel,
Jack begins to hate Ralph because he views him as a treat to his authority.
Also there is conflict to organise and to find food. The conflict includes Man Vs
Nature, Man Vs Self, and Man Vs Man. They have problems to know which fruits
of the Island can be eat. They have problems with the fire.
 Resolution
Boys completely separated into two parts, because of different way of thinking.
One with Jack and one with Ralph. Jack’s wish was enjoy life on the island, and
Ralph’s wish was waiting for rescue. Most of boys went to Jack’s side and one’s
who left Ralph’s side were Piggy and Samneric. One day Jack stole Piggy’s
glasses and Ralph and Piggy tried to get back the glasses from Jack. However, in
the Jack’s territory, Piggy killed by Roger to used rock. In addition, Samneric went
on the Jack’s side.

Finally Ralph became alone, but Jack did not stop to attack Ralph. He decided to
kill Ralph. So Ralph tried to escape as far as, as much as he can.
He went through the forest and reached seaside. And after a while Jack and his
servants also reached seaside. In the end they saw a rescue ship that was coming
to the island.
