The Hague Congress: Salvador de
The College of Europe, established on the initiative of the Hague Congress, Madariaga, Winston Churchill, Paul
dates back to 1949 and is the oldest institute of European studies. Henri Spaak and Alcide de Gasperi,
among others, decide to found
The idea was to establish an institute where university graduates from many the College of Europe
