1. Enriching Connect
CONCEPT:
Networking is a must for business travellers. Meeting people from different
backgrounds to exchange ideas is what nurtures them and so, they’re constantly on the
lookout for a way to connect with such like-minded people.
With Enriching Connect, business travellers can network with other professionals
staying at the Welcomhotel property by participating in different enriching
experiences with them. This feature can also be added to the Welcomhotel app.
STEP 1
User scans the code to interact with Welcomhotel’s bot.
STEP 2
After answering a few questions, the bot understand the preferences, interests and
likes of the business traveller and will open opportunities for them to interact with
other professionals at the Welcomhotel property.
STEP 3
The business traveller could pick a series of activities that can be powered by
WelcomHotel. The guest will need to input their work schedule and based on that
the bot will recommend certain activities that the guest can partake in to help them
network with other guests who are at the hotel for business.
Eg:
Setting up a game of golf for business travellers who are staying at the hotel
Setting up a cocktail night for business travellers where they will be able to meet
other professionals staying at the hotel.

Step 4:
The bot will also give them any updates about the different events that they can be a
part of.

2. Enrichment Guide
CONCEPT:
The bleisure traveller loves to make the most of their time in the city. While business
is a reason, leisure is also on their minds. So, we help them get the best of both worlds
with our Enrichment Guide.
The Enrichment guide is a resident who will provide a private tour of the top spots
around town with a personal vehicle.
STEP 1
Based on the traveller's interests and schedule, the guide will offer a personalised tour
of the city or the neighbourhood.
STEP 2
A private vehicle and a guide will be given to them for their different travel
experiences.
STEP 3:
We upload their experiences on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube as content
