AFFIDAVIT OF NON-ENROLLMENT

I, MARIA CLARA SANGRIA, Filipino, of legal age, single and resident of

B 304 L 199 Mila St. Ph. 1 Golden City, Anabu-2F, Imus, Cavite, after having been sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I graduated from Senior High School at Emilio Aguinaldo College-Cavite in 2020.

2. I was supposed to be an incoming college freshman during 2020-2021 Academic

Year.

3. However, I did not enroll in college during the said academic year in view of
perceived instructional and learning difficulties brought about by CoVID-19
pandemic-related restrictions imposed by the government.

4. This affidavit is being executed to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

statements and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
