Operation and Maintenance Leader - ACR
In compliance with the terms of the Contract and the Consortium strategy, The O&M Leader is responsible for
developing ACR maintenance methodology within the UJV consortium of the Hanoi L3 Metro project and obtain that
contractual requirements regarding maintainability, spares and tools, Operation and Maintenance (O&M) documentation
and training are met.
Key Contribution:
 Integration of the O&M needs during design
 Supervision and control the O&M Studies
 Support the development at the Railway system level of maintainability analysis, maintenance plans, Spare parts,
Tools and Training in line with the contract, the design and the O&M needs for POS and DEQ sub-system
 Cordinate and control the the production of a coherent set of O&M Manuals by the sub-system (22kV Medium
Voltage, 750Vdc Voltage, Control and Monitoring, Auxiliary power supply, set of Depot machine equipment,…)
 Manage, produce and ensure the maintenance plan for POS and DEQ equipment in a safely, efficient and manner
way

The Training Manager’s role is to lead the training management team and sub-sytem suppliers for the provision of
effective and efficient training to the customer.
Key Contribution:
 Defining the qualitative and qualitative objectives and strategy for the training.
 Preparation, performance and follow-up pf the training
 Proof-reading, commenting and transmitting training documents
 Coordination with the trainers
 Establishment and integration of the training schedule
 Ensuring the availability of manuals and infrastructures that are training resources

Requirement and Configuration Engineer
The requirement is in charge to apply this instruction:
 Define, update and apply the Requirement Management Pland and related procedures
 Supervise the capture and allocation of requirement to the entities
 Coordinate activities between project entities
 Configure Requirement Management database (including exported file format)
 Formalize and build traceability matrix using links
 Manage interface with Customer, stakeholders, and entities
 Ensure that requirements document are updated
 Ensure consistency and completeness in the database
 Report on requirement indicators to his project hierarchy
The configuration provides the overall Configuration management infrastructure and Change management system.
 Associated to Requirement management activities when a change has an impact on requirements
coverage/demonstration
 Close coordination is required between Configuration Manager and Requirement Manager
