particular domain of ‘organization theory and design’ literature. The students are required to
review and critically evaluate the literature on a selected topic. Students are allowed to complete
the project either individually or in a group of 2-3 students.
Objectives
The objective of this project is to give students an extensive understanding of literature in the
area of organization theory, management and design. Additionally the project aims to sharp
student’s academic writing skills, critical analysis, evaluation expertise and presentation skills.
Project

Each team/group of students is required to choose a topic from ‘Organization Theory,

Management and Design’ literature and write an extensive review of literature. Students are
required to read and critically evaluate the literature ( particularly the latest literature) and
present various prominent directions in the literature, the areas that are least addressed in the
literature and the possible future direction for conducting empirical studies in that domain.
The Team

Project will be submitted in two assignments and a final project report. Each assignment will be
graded and returned with required improvements which should be adjusted in the final report.
The students are always welcome to discuss the progress of the work with the course instructor,
as guidance would benefit them for a smooth flight.
The Project Presentation

All the members of the group will take part in the presentation and mutually consume a time
frame of 15- 20 minutes. Presentations, that will consume more time, will be penalized by
negative marking. At the end of the presentation the group will have to take questions from the
