The Usaid-Ampath, South Sudan represented by the US Agency for International Development in Collaboration
with Ampath Plus is seeking applications from qualified Kenyan Citizens or Third Country Nationals to provide
personal services at Juba, South Sudan USAID Mission Center. USAID-Ampath/South Sudan anticipates
awarding one contract or Permanent posts as a result of this advert, subject to availability of funds.

Project coordination:
Administrative Assistant –
i. Developing complex data analysis, methodologies, and predictive data models for
assessing education outcomes.
ii. Developing and leading projects that include a variety of advanced qualitative and
quantitative analytic assignments related to pre-K through12 and postsecondary
education.
iii. Providing relevant data-related reports to Impact leadership, collaborative action
networks, and key community stakeholders for decision-making, action planning,
and continuous improvement.
iv. Providing technical assistance and building understanding among partners about
the effective use of data.
v. Developing systems and tools for effective data management, visualization and
interpretation (systems design, dashboards, information graphics, mapping,
Tableau).
MONOTORING AND EVALUATION ASSISTANT – FORTY SIX (46)
POSTS – QR/No./SL- 60/2021
i. Prepare work plans, budgets, M&E plans and performance frameworks for the
programme.
ii. Monitor the implement programme activities to ensure conformance to project
objectives, work plans, budget and expected results.
iii. Taking lead in data capture and reporting using monitoring tools to track project
indicators as per the performance framework
iv. Develop and maintain databases back-up and filing systems for programme data
v. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual programmatic performance reports.
vi. Support project implementation team to document and disseminate lessons learnt
and best practices.
vii. Participate in operation research within the project and in other continuous quality
improvement initiatives within the project.
PROGRAM ACCOUNTANT – TWENTY SEVEN (27) POSTS –

i. Ensuring that project specific audits in the programme areas are carried out and
coordinated by the programme accountants.
ii. Participate in both entry and exit meetings including dealing with various queries
during the course of the audit where necessary and responses to management
letters.
iii. Preparation, updating and submission of project audit tracker for all project audits
and submit to the Financial accountant for consolidation
Internal Audits;
i. Participate in quarterly entry and exit meetings for ad hoc internal audits, respond
to queries and management letters where required.

ASSISTANT PROGRAM ACCOUNTANT – THIRTY SEVEN (37) POSTS

i. Evaluates and assesses nutrition status of patients, and screens patients for
nutritional risk in accordance with established department protocols and
standards.
ii. Plans and initiates medical nutrition therapy to patients if indicated by patient
requirements and clinical protocol.
iii. Certifies patients for specific program benefits.
iv. Educates and counsels patients and families on nutritional issues, either
individually or in groups.
v. Communicates individual nutritional care plans to other health care providers as
a member of a health care team.
vi. Monitors store participation; identifies and resolves problems between stores and
patients.
vii. Orders and maintains inventory of program supplies, including patient checks, for
all clinics.
viii. Performs various administrative duties related to public health nutrition
programs.
ix. Maintains professional growth and development through completion of required
departmental competencies.
x. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
