Reflection: My Road to Wellness

Doing the physical fitness test is not that easy. Even though it was hard at times, I am
contented for what I accomplished. After every exercise I’ve done, I felt proud and satisfied
because I proved to myself that I am able to accomplish things that I initially assumed I couldn't.
Also, I feel happier and relaxed. For these reasons, I want to continue exercising every day and
my goal is to be in shape, have more strength and resistance.

About the “Wellness Wheel” activity we did, I’m amazed how the wheel tells me how
unbalance my life is. I will invest more time, effort, energy, and money to the parts I am lacking
especially in “Financial”. But first, I will go to my step 1 which is change my mentality or
mindset to focus achieving those goals. I will also share my plans with my family, friends, and
teachers and ask support by saying “Please support and help me by making these things possible
so that I can improve myself”. And at the end of the month I will review my progress.

Doing these activities help me a lot. These activities give me new skills and also
improving another one, improved my stamina, flexibility, and strength, and loses weight.
Proving to myself that I can do it, creating a habit of exercising every day, improving my mood
through producing happy hormones, and learning about myself are some of the mental
advantages I received. That’s why it helped me a lot and I will apply all of those I learned to
become a professional, and in my professional career one day.
