Installation Procedure

Installation Transmission
Option B
Lubrication Instructions:
Use: NLGI Grade #2 Lithium Complex Roadranger Grease MP2 or equivalent.
Pack grease channel in bearing housing (grease grove), slide bearing onto quill, Eaton 395 mm Push Clutch
CLMT0395 EN-US
and remove excess grease from front of quill.
Apply ample grease to the fingers of the yoke and bearing contact pads when
assembling the bearing to release yoke.

Progressively tighten mounting bolts


in a crisscross pattern starting with a
lower bolt. Torque to 50-60 N•m
(37-44 lbs. ft.).
