1) The account number updated on the statement
should be personal bank account 2) Ask the customer to provide the personal account statement matching with application. 3) Once the personal account statement is received verify as Checking or Underbank based on transactions. 4) Ask for 90 days of self employment income proof, the income proofs can be cashed check copies for 90 days or deposits in EBV / Bank Statement. 5) Income to be considered from EBV / Bank Statement as "Any Deposit like mobile, ATM", and deposits from payment services "Cash App, Paypal etc", take the leat income of 90 days .6) We do not consider transfers from other account unless it is business account to personal account visible on the same EBV / bank statement.
1) When the employment mentioned in application
and income getting into the EBV / Bank statement seems like self employment income. Also if the income proof provided looks like self employment income. (Doesnot look like a paya stub. 2) Apply same concept of verifying self employment loan
1) Check the credit union list, if it says "Yes", we
will not need blank check or letter head, match with application and approve, if it is "No", we will need blank check or letter head. 2) If it says "Exception" we are just mindful that those will have extra digits at the beginning or end identified the type of account they have with credit union.
1) If we see the latest income as less in EBV / Bank
statement we will approve with less income. 2) If we see the latest income as more when compared to the previous deposit, check the previous couple of incomes and approve with consistent income what customer is getting. 3) If the latest income is more when compared to previous deposits, say last 3 to 4 frequencies, then apply 20% concept and ask for pay stub. 1) If the fresh loan comes as unemployment we have to Not Accept it. 2) If its the returning customer and comes as unemployment, we just verify the bank account number if it needs to be updated as latest verfiy with uploaded new bank statement and not accept the loan. 3) If no new documents are uploaded and if it comes as unemployment, we will not accept the loan

we can verify account number / customer name. For account type verification we need to see transactions 2) With the screenshot provided if we are able to verify name, account number and transactions like checking or underbank we will verify that and approve else we will ask for full bank statment to verify bank details

1) Not Accept or withdraw is something very
similar. We should take this step when the customer does not provide the most required valid document for approval inspite of asking many times (TLs can decide on no of NMIs). 2) Even if a single document is fraud, we have to block. Do not even ask for any kind of screen shot. Sno QC Agent Clarification If cx is asking high income and mentioned about only one emp but we see another emp/ssa/vacp on cx 1 QC Team name ,can we consider that and try to match income or else can we take only one emp what cx mentioned in application even if income is less.
CU banks returns last 3 digits can we ask blank check

Transaction log already shows info like cx is not
interested or cx joined recently not yet received first 3 QC Team pay stub,In this case can we not accept directly at first NMI only or else we can give 2 chances.
Repeated NMI's are going on for required

cx mentioned one employment in application and
we see same employment with another cx name do 6 QC Team we even ask for proof of income once/twice or Not accept the loan at first instance itself.
Cx mentioned one employment with weekly
frequency in application and we see same 7 QC Team employment deposits in ebv with monthly/biweekly frequency consistently without cx name ,do we ask paystub twice orelse approve it by changing the freq.
Returning cx account details came as NO Account,
8 QC Team Can we just reapprove as No Account or else ask cx to update and provide bank details(No info on transaction log)
Cx mentioned retirement/pension as employment
type but didn't mention employment name like 9 QC Team VACP/SSA, Agents also approved loan without employment name. Is it a error /Feedback Response Discrepancy

employed customer who have valid pay stubs, if we see such comment just withdraw or not approve by mentioning the reason

For pay date verification we need to have pay
stub if the pay date updated by the customer does not match with 1 deposit frequency date.
Yes we should ask for pay stub to verify
employment twice and if not provided Not accept the loan
We should verify the employer by asking the pay
stub as we cannot verify employment with EBV deposits as it does not have customer name. Regarding NMI number I will get back to you.
Ask for latest bank statement to verify account
number if the customer still has outstanding balance as per transaction management.
