 A PROPOSED NEW CAVITE BUS TERMINAL INTEGRATED IN GENERAL TRIAS,
CAVITE

ABSTRACT
As the Philippine population growth everyday, more and more commuters have facing the daily
transportation. The nations have insufficient of mass transportations that affect the daily lives of
commuters. NCR is one the most populated area in the whole Philippines because this is where
the Filipinos have been working. From the province of cavite riding to NCR is really difficult for
the commuters. The project will aim for the residents of cavite such as outside of cavite area
providing them more convenient, sustainable and comfortable for the users thru adaptation for
the new normal.
SITE:

The proposed site is located at Tejero, General Trias, Province of Cavite.

ABSTRACT

Mostly people who were born with disabilities are less likely to attend schools, medical services. While also
discrimination in our society is strong.
 A PROPOSED NEW UP-PGH MANILA CANCER CENTER PROJECT

ABSTRACT
Due to the rapid spread of covid-19 disease in the whole world, the world has not been affected
the health lives of many people but also has been huge impact of the businesses, educational,
economics and employment of the people. The country of the Philippines has also been
affected the huge impact of pandemic in the nationwide. Due to the fully occupied of facilities in
the hospitals, some people with other health issues were not able to confine in the hospitals.
Some people were forced to isolate in their houses. The objectives of this proposal is to provide
more facilities and and clinical services for the patients designing an hospital more on biophilic
concept adaptation of new normal life.

 A PROPOSED MULTIFUNCTIONAL MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIAL FACILITY IN
NAIC, CAVITE

ABSTRACT

The covid-19 has been a huge great impact loss of all employment in the nationwide. More
businesses have been lose due to the lockdown. And more employees and workers have been
release. Over half of the employees and workers have been forced to work from home. Workers
from outside in national capital region have been tough because of the limited travel restrictions.
Thousands of workers have been struggle everyday to travel to NCR. The proposed project is to
allow more residents of cavite offer more job closely to their home. It will benefits to the
residents of Tanza, Naic and General Trias at the Province of Cavite and contribute to the
growing economy and development.
