PROJECT TITLE : VPGHI TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY 2017

THEME : “VPGHI 2017 – creating connections, building bridges – it starts with us”

Purpose
VPGHI aims to create a strong bond of cooperation, camaraderie, friendship and provision of quality
patient care/costumer service through activities that will enhance personal and professional development
within the hospital community.

Objective
By the end of this activity, participants will be able to:
1. Create stronger bonds of friendship and cooperation with other members of the hospital
community
2. Enhance personal, professional and spiritual growth
3. Develop self-awareness and create new friendship through activities that will promote
socialization.

Program Details
Program Duration : 6 Days
Participants : VPGH Employees (Est. 40 pax per team, 50 pax maximum)
Venue and Accommodation
The activity will be held at RR Family Spring Resort, Tubigon, Maramag Bukidnon. This will be a
two-day team-building activity and will be sponsored by the institution. Accommodation will be provided for
those who will stay. Participants who wishes to go home after every day must coordinate with the facilitators.

Team Scheduling : 2 days per team

Team A: Nov 8-9, 2017 (Wednesday – Thursday)

Team B: Nov 10-11, 2017 (Friday – Saturday)
Team C: Nov 12-13, 2017 (Sunday – Monday)
Groupings

The whole VPGHI staff will be divided into three (3) Teams (A,B,C). Each team will be divided into groups
according to colors upon registration with an estimate of 8-10 members per group (4 groups per team). Each
group will be also be scored according to the task they have completed and will be reflected on a tally board.
Division of staff will be the discretion of the department heads. It has also been agreed by the
committee that non-participation will be fined with 500 pesos.

Everyone is encouraged to participate.
