1. The platform for all communications should be through Messenger GC

account “ First Sem 2021 BALBIN Found Of Educ “. No monkey business is
allowed in the GC.
2. On the list of topics above, choose your desired topic for online class
presentation, preferably via Google Meet or Zoom for the benefit of majority.
We shall observe a chronological presentation based on corresponding
number of the topic.
3. you are advised to submit your powerpoint and other additional documents
for the class in this GC.. Exams, research works and reaction papers should
only be submitted to my e-mail add nbbalbin@bicol-u.edu .ph //

4. We will use the “google meet” provided by Bicol University during oral
presentation in which you are allotted for a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes.
Thre should be a time be a devoted for Q &A, discussion and additional inputs
after each presentation.
5. Attendance will be recorded every session
6. Observe proper etiquettes while on online meeting.
7. Please be guided accordingly

COUREWORK # 1
1. Discuss the importance of studying biological-psychological, legal, historical,
anthropological and sociological foundations of education .
2. Analyze the present educational system; in your personal assessment, is the
foundation of education in the Philippines strong/stable or weak? Support your
answer.
