Why people fail to be impartial?

1. In what way people fail to be impartial in their decisions?


• People fail to be impartial when they are being bias, prejudice, or benefitting one person over
another for improper reasons.

2. What are the factors that affect one’s impartiality towards certain ethical/moral action or
circumstance?
• Family –a person acts is dependent on the environment they were raised. Close interpersonal
relationship helps a person to develop its own beliefs which can affect one’s impartiality
• Values - Values are beliefs that a person holds about things and aspects of life. These are guiding
principles that mold a person’s behavior all his life which can affect one’s impartiality
• Society –a person acts what is acceptable in their society which affects its own decision making.
