dilemma or situation you are
facing.

• It must be noted that are always a reason in
every situation but there is only one valid
reason
• It is important that one’s know how to
choose morally good in decision making. In
discerning over the facts, it is important that
decision maker must be morally good in
certain issue

to establish a universal moral decision
because there are many disagreements
among those who accept morality in
general and about what in particular
right or wrong

• Traditionalists- born 1925–1960, are hardworking,
respectful of authority, and value loyalty.
• Boomers- born 1961–1980, are hardworking,
idealistic, and committed to harmony.
• Millennials- born 1981–1996, are technology literate,
appreciative of diversity, and skilled in multitasking.
• Generation Z- born 1997-2010, relied on technology,
short attention span, skeptical and entitled
• Generation Alpha-2010 and so on
The Four Generation traits
• Traditionalist- They cannot tolerate
changes, they disciplined but pragmatic,
work and family lives never coincide, dress
formally.
• Boomers – Self-centered with sense of
entitlement, workaholics, self-motivated,
don't appreciate feedback.

fundamentals, short attention spans, not
loyal to organization, demand immediate
feedback and recognition, integrate
technology into the workplace, expect to
have many employers and multiple
careers, work dress is whatever feels
comfortable.

question authority figures, desire
for a work-life balance and flexible
schedule, work dress is low in
business casual, always rely on
technology.
