1. Will the Philippines remain as a Spanish colony?

independently?

For those who have strong spirit over the liberty of the country, independence was
assured. But for those who are discouraged and dillusioned by sad experiences
shall be a prison of the colony forever.
An enlightened class has emerged
Solutions for the maintenance of the Spanish cortes:
1. To have Filipino representatives in the Spanish cortes

Possible Outcomes:
1.The Philippines will remain under Spanish domination but with more law and greater

2.They will declare themselves independent.
If the Spanish colonizers become victorious of their goal
1.Brutalization of the masses through a caste addicted to the government.
2.Impoverishment of the Philippines as a country
3.Gradual exterminations of inhabitants

Transformation in a political sense would happen

Why the colonizers are not risking Filipino representatives in the
