1. Tell me about yourself.

- Quick rundown of your qualifications and experience. Talk about your education, work history,

recent career experience and future goals.

- Identify your skills.

- I graduated from Quezon City University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, I am also
a fresh graduate but despite that, I have an experience that can help me to do a great job as an
accounting assistant. When I am on my On the Job Training, my supervisor taught me things that I can
use in the future and with my strong attention to detail, I gained knowledges that is very useful in my
career as well as to the best company that is also best for my professional development such as this one.

2. What is your greatest weakness?

As what i have researched, your company is giving opportunities to someone like me with a little

experience.

- Make it natural.

- I think my greatest weakness is that I am too much of a people pleaser and the fact that I have very
limited experience I admit that this was one of the things that worried me the most. Because of that
sometimes it hinders my judgement and end up doing things that is favor to them instead of using my
own professional judgement. I don’t want to disappoint or let anyone down, but as the time passes by, I
have learned that I need to be more assertive, focus on the projects, still do the right work and leave all
the things that can affect my job.

3. What is your greatest strength?

- Use a story.

- I am very attentive to the details and as an accountant I know that is very important because we will
handle many information and all things must be right. I remember the time when in my OJT my
supervisor missed one transaction and that error may cause many problems. As a result, my boss said,
that characteristic is one of the most important skill that I should have to prolong my career as an
accountant. Since then I still try to continue improve and stay sharp for that will help me to determine
what future I will have.
4. With so many talented applicants, why should we hire you?

- Get the qualifications what they need.

- Give again those qualities that you can offer them.

- Aside from being a hard worker person, my characteristics such as being an attentive to details,
knowledgeable in latest technology and having a good communication skill both oral and written it is
perfect to what you are looking for. And for the responsibilities, as a passionate person that is seeking to
have a great career by starting with the company as great as this one, I can do all of it in a right way,
making sure that everything is correct and all of the information will be clearly stated and will result with
no problem.

5. Where do you see yourself in five years?

- Always go back to the qualifications that an accountant assistant is being asked for.

- With the things I’ve heard about your company, such as giving many opportunities to enhanced my
learnings about this job, I think I would like to see myself in five years with the knowledge I gained in my
time at this company, a much higher position. I also know that as an accountant, learning is everything
and it will not end, I expect to continue improving my skills and characteristics alongside with my
workmates to have a great career that will benefit the company and contribute to its growing success.

6. Why do you want to work at our company?

- I heard that your company is one of the best when it comes to training of fresh graduates and evolved
them into best accountants. And me with a little experience having an opportunity to work with you,
hearing how you handle your employees and thinking about being a part of that healthy environment is
such a pleasure and I will make sure that I will not waste it. Then also with all the good things your
company is providing, I believe that I will be happy working for this company and for me, being happy
with your work is very important to have a great career.
