PHLGA MEETING MINUTES

Call to Order: PHLGA President Linda Ward called the meeting to order at 12.23

In Attendance: There were 16 members in attendance.

Approval of minutes: The Minutes were approved by majority vote

Treasurers Report: Submitted by Karen Lord and Presented by Linda Ward

(a) Operating Fund: 3,732.17

(b) Kactus Kapers Fund: $15,959.9
(c) Cash in Bank Account: $19,692.1

Border: Presented by Jean Davis

(a) Congratulations to Judy Lubeck for winning first net in the 5th flight
at Alto Lakes. Jean Davis won second gross in the 4th flight.
(b)The next Border event will be at Sierra del Rio on October 14th.

(c) Please send your check in by September 30th.

Kactus Kapers: Presented by Linda Ward

(a) We had originally scheduled Greg Norman to present clothing and

products for our event. Unfortunately, they did not receive the
shipment for our event. Foot Joy will be here for our shopping
experience. They will have clothing, shoes and other items.

Historian: Presented by Candy Slover

(a) Candy announced Just Gals will be October 13th.

Advisory Board Feedback: Presented by Paula Hansen

(a) Next Monday the cement will be poured for the cart parking and and
the temporary outdoor event center.
(b) The new tennis Pro will be starting lessons in the near future.
(c) The Yucca League had a great turnout and start up again in the
Spring.
Playday: Presented by Paula Hansen:

(a) Jill of the Hill: Jan Callaghan
