What’s In
- I find the previous module worth to do, I have learned a lot from different lessons which
boosted my knowledge. I responded the different activities very well and being able to
do it based on what I’ve learned and showed my perspectives regarding to the topics
discussed.
Furthermore, I gained some clues that will surely aid with these new lessons in this
module.

What’s New
- Collaboration
- Connection
- Relationship

What’s More (Activity 1)

Quotation #1

- This quotation means that we need to build a relationship with our co-workers or even
in the community so that we can make a plan or a project together, and we’ll be able to
do it effectively.

Quotation #2

- This quotation says that in the workplace, every employee must be informed very well
regarding of their roles in their work and must establish teamwork where everyone has
the energy to accomplish their organization’s goal.

Quotation #3

- From this quotation, it simply means that we must respect each other’s perspectives,
ideas, etc. So that we’ll be able to build a relationship where there is no
misunderstanding and to avoid possible conflicts.
What I Have Learned (Activity 2)

- From the diagram on the module, this means that with a great collaboration,
relationship, and connection, we’ll be able to achieve global economy success.

What I Can Do (Activity 3)

- Collaboration teaches students that groups can create something bigger and better than
you can on your own. Communication teaches students how to efficiently convey ideas.
Combined, the four C's empower students to become one-person think tanks. In
addition, Higher education can lead to many benefits, including a prosperous career and
financial security. In the 21st century, education plays an even more significant role in
other aspects of your life. Attaining a higher education can increase your opportunities
and improve your overall quality of life. The term "21st-century skills" is generally used
to refer to certain core competencies such as collaboration, digital literacy, critical
thinking, and problem-solving that advocates believe schools need to teach to help
students thrive in today's world. The 4Cs listed are communication, collaboration,
critical thinking, and creativity. All four of these items are essential inside the 21st
Century classroom. Learning environments today need to embrace the variety of places,
ideas, and people that the modern world demands and reflect a flexibility of space,
time, people, and technology. To end this, I conclude that collaboration is a skill to
survive in the 21st century due to the fact that we are now in the modern generation.

Lesson 2: What’s In

1. The statement tells us that every individual has the beauty, uniqueness, and perspective
on their own, also that every individual has different way to contribute to the
community.
2. As a student, I must possess unique traits such as being authentic, obsessively curious, a
great listener, having incredible sympathy, and must love people in order to build great
connections and relationships.
3. Collaboration is important because whether students realize it or not, they'll probably
work with other people for the rest of their lives.

What’s New

1. Connections - the act of being connected or the state of being connected.

2. Networks - to interact with others, to exchange information, and develop professional
or social contacts.
3. Relationship - the way in which two or more people or groups regard and behave
toward each other.

What’s More (Activity 1)

Name Relationship/Connections Networks

1. Chester Childhood friend Neighborhood
2. Jason Childhood friend Neighborhood
3. Chloe Internet friend Social media
4. Sophia Internet friend Social media
5. Amity 1st Cousin Personal
6. Twinkle 1st Cousin Personal
7. Raffy Close friend Personal/Media
8. Denden Close friend Personal/Media
9. Jolina Sister Personal
10. Jaydee Brother Personal

What I Have Learned (Activity 2)

- I thought that the topics will be harder and that I’ll be having a hard time understanding
it, but now I have understand very well some of the topics being discussed.
- I have learned additional inputs such as connection, relationship, collaboration, and now
understanding what networks really is.

What I Can Do (Activity 3): Poster Making

Lesson 3: What’s In

The difference between connections and networks is that, Networks is interacting with other
people to exchange information and develop contacts, especially to further one’s career. While
Connection is a relationship in which a person, thing or idea is linked or associated with
something else.

The difference between connections and relationship is that, while connections are about doing
and action and are usually time-constrained, relationships are about being and the experience
of connecting with someone over an extended period of time.

1. I find the activity not really hard and an amazing topic to start.
2. My bases in selecting such inventions are, these inventions are best comparable with
the human brain.
3. Throughout history, people have compared the brain to different inventions. In the past,
the brain has been said to be like a water clock and a telephone switchboard. Perhaps, it
is best to say that the brain is better at doing some jobs and the computer is better at
doing other jobs.

What’s More (Activity 1)

1. Neuron
2. Dendrites
3. Axon
- Neural network works when a neural network is trained by adjusting neuron input
weights based on the network's performance on example inputs. If
the network classifies an image correctly, weights contributing to the correct answer
are increased, while other weights are decreased.

What I Have Learned (Activity 2)

1. Neural network is a series of algorithms that endeavors to recognize underlying

relationships in a set of data through a process that mimics the way the human brain
operates. In this sense, neural networks refer to systems of neurons, either organic or
artificial in nature.
2. The human brain is the command center for the human nervous system, and it receives
signals from the body's sensory organs and outputs information to the muscles.
3. Axon, also called nerve fibre, portion of a nerve cell (neuron) that carries nerve impulses
away from the cell body. A neuron typically has one axon that connects it with other
neurons or with muscle or gland cells. Some axons may be quite long, reaching, for
example, from the spinal cord down to a toe.

What I Can Do (Activity 3)

- Based on my point of view, as I examined the image, I can clearly say that the meaning it
convey is that even though our eyes were blocked or even though if we can’t see things.
We still have the sensation of what we feel in every aspect that will surely help us to
realize that we can do different things depending on our situation.

Lesson 4: What’s In

1. Electricity
- If there is one thing that people can’t live without today – it is electricity. It is without a
doubt one of the most important things that mark the era we live in. Just imagine a
world without electricity; you wouldn’t have TV’s, computers, air conditioning, electric
lights etc. That’s a world I wouldn’t want to live in.

2. Computer

- With the advancement of electronics and semiconductors, came the computer. Most of us
spend a large portion of our day in front of the computer, whether for entertainment
purposes or to work and they are such complex machines that a large number of highly paid
professions are based on only a few computer programs or the knowledge about just a
small part of its software or hardware. Not to mention that the entertainment aspect of
computers is something that all of us are familiar with.

3. Internet

- The internet is the one thing that enabled us to be connected to the whole world, no
matter where we are. The whole modern world depends on the internet, as it has the most
impact on business, economy, politics, art, entertainment, communications, etc. It helps us
get our hands on absolutely any type of information we need. However, some people claim
that we have only begun to see what type of impact it will have on the world.
What’s More (Activity 1)

1. Input
2. Output Layer
3. Hidden Layer
4. Artificial Neural Network
5. Backpropagation

What I Have Learned (Activity 2)

1. An artificial neural network (ANN) is the piece of a computing system designed to simulate
the way the human brain analyzes and processes information. It is the foundation of artificial
intelligence (AI) and solves problems that would prove impossible or difficult by human or
statistical standards.
2. The structures of Neural Networks are Input units, Hidden layers, Output layer, and
Backpropagation.

What I Can Do (Activity 3)

1. Artificial Intelligence, its importance lies in making our lives easier. These technologies are a
great asset to humans and are programmed to reduce the human effort as much as possible.
They tend to possess the capability to work in an automated fashion. Therefore, manual
intervention is the last thing that could be asked for or seen while operating parts associated
with this technology.
2. Computers, has become very important nowadays because it is very much accurate, fast and
can accomplish many tasks easily. Otherwise to complete those tasks manually much more time
is required. It can do very big calculations in just a fraction of a second. Moreover it can store
huge amount of data in it.
