1.COAXIAL CABLE

2.FIBER OPTICE CABLE

3. TWISTED PAIR CABLE
- It was made using pair of solid or stranded copper cable twisted along each
other. There are two types of twisted cable UTP AND STP.
4.MODEM
- a combined device for modulation and demodulation, for example, between
the digital data of a computer and the analog signal of a phone line.
5.HUB
- a network connection point for devices. ... The hub contains several ports,
and when a packet reaches one port, it is copied to the rest of the ports so
that all parts of the LAN can view all the packets.
6.SWITCH
- Just like hub it connects multiple computers within one local area (LAN)
But hub was capable of inspecting data packets as they are received
7.ROUTER
- A router receives and sends data on computer networks However, routers
can combine all components that said earlier, and connect with these devices, to
improve Internet access or help create business networks.
