and more. Science improves human life at every level, from individual comfort to global issues.Every person feels the effects of science in
every sphere of life. It is not merely the electric light or the electric fan, the radio or the cinema that displays the power of science in our daily
life, but everything we do or is done to us is in some way or another connected with science B

being set up jointly in collaboration with Govt. of Karnataka and Govt.of India with 50:50 funding with objective of portraying the growth of Science and their application
in Industry, human welfare, environment etc., and developing scientific temperament among the community.

Hill cabin - An Interesting design project located near a busy city of Mysore. The major design challenge was a sloped site where the river
near the site often floods during a strong rainfall. The topography issues has been used as a supermacy and the outcome is showcased here.

The site considered in the area choosen for the developement of the new building. The western most part of the site was choosen to firstly, segregate the new
structure from the existing plant. Secondly, to capitalise on the two main roads for providing multiple access, entry and exit points.

Building Integrated Photo Voltaics


Building integrated photovoltaic panels have been chosen to be used in the design as means of both an energy producing en-
vironmental solution as well as an aesthetic element integrated into the facades of the building. The advantages of Integrated
Photovoltaics over more common non-integrated systems is that the initial cost can be offset by reducing the amount spent on
building materials and labour that would normally be used to construct the parts.

of those wanting to own an office at BKC. Zillion’s uniqueness redefines the perspective of work environment by going beyond the realms of physical boundaries. It
is a testimony to a company that dreams big. It’s an inspiring workplace that’s big on space, big on design, big on amenities and more importantly big on grandeur.
