convince people about their preferences. In addition, based on the market research conducted,
people eyeing for a good quality for affordable price.

 Since Overruns and online shops dominate the market specially this pandemic, the resources
will be mobile devices and computer only. Less manpower needed for production and no other
mechanism.

 The Overruns product that we are selling will undergo to any business guidelines to social
media. Since our market is also youth, we make sure that we get approval from the school
management and let the teachers and students know about our product.

 The Overruns business has a target market, our market will be the students and faculty
members of Maasin City National High School. We were able to do a research for the
marketable price for the students to buy our product.

Psychographic Profile
 This study shows that Maasin City National High School students has different personality and
perception in wearing clothes. From the research conducted, some of the students would prefer
affordable clothes to wear, others would be something that is comfortable to wear.

4. Roles of the Supplier


- Since Overruns business can be done by selling it in school or doing online transaction such as
social media, we want to make sure that our supplier will give us the best quality of products as
much as possible to continue the good image of the business.

Strategic Action Program

- We prepared our business plan for Maasin City National High school and through online; we
make sure that we all got the approval from the school management to start the business.
Overruns will have a target date of July of 1st week for the actual business operation.

- The business of Overruns is composed of 4 members with one supplier of the product. After
collecting the funds, it will be the start of the operation of the business.

- We want to know how successful it will be for the launch of the Overruns business in MCNHS
and in online, our goal is to know what needs to be improve and if the profit will have 50% more
capital. In addition, we need to check how people will support the business and how the sellers
