A Bird, came down the Walk

A Bird, came down the Walk (Visual, Kinesthetic)

He did not know I saw

He bit an Angle Worm in halves (Visual, Kinesthetic)

And ate the fellow, raw,

And then, he drank a Dew (Visual, Kinesthetic)

From a convenient Grass

And then hopped sidewise to the Wall (Visual, Kinesthetic)

To let a Beetle pass

He glanced with rapid eyes,

That hurried all abroad

They looked like frightened Beads, I thought, (Organic, Visual)

He stirred his Velvet Head. (Visual, Kinesthetic)

Like one in danger, Cautious, (Organic, Visual)

I offered him a Crumb, (Tactile, Visual, Kinesthetic)

And he unrolled his feathers, (Visual)

And rowed him softer Home (Kinesthetic)

Then Oars divide the Ocean, (Visual)

Too silver for a seam, (Visual)

Or Butterflies, off Banks of Noon,

Leap, plashless as they swim. (Kinesthetic)
