Microfarms comprise of 2 gunta ,3 Gunta and 5 Gunta models,

A single gunta measuring 1089 sft.

Approach:-The Approach to the development in Microfarming consists of small Garden size

farms with Wooden,Earthern or Steel Housing Pods which are neccesarily off-grid ,they are
Completely Solar Powered with a Solar Panel array,to power the 1000 sft House.

Model 1
The Garden Size plots are to cultivate in a Mixed farming Fashion,Managed by the Company
and the produce to be delivered to the owner for the stipulated cost.Free range
Organics,medicinal plants and Kitchen Staple vegetables and herbs are grown.Basic water and
access facilities are provided in agricultural norms and no Revenue promises to the customer is
made.The microfarm is managed but for personal use only.

Model 2
Desi Cowshed

A2 milk is an enlightening concept and People in urban areas are looking towards producing
their own milk or owning cows for themselves ,but lack the infrastructure or place or specific
know how to go about it.A Ready made Structure with Milch cows or Calves and the infra to
raise them and their feed security is ensured after the Client/Customer has purchased it and the
monthly maintenance is factored in.The Plot will be slightly bigger and will consist of the pod.

Model 3

Goat and Chicken coop

Same as the cattle reared shed previously mentioned in Model 2 but will consist of Goats and
Chicken.Goats are also a source of milk that can be leveraged for Sale generation Capabilities.

Model 4

Small scale Fishery.

Clean fish is becoming a difficult task to obtain,Clients who are avid Piscitarians can Avail a Mini
fishery model to go with which will include extra water and maintenance that might be involved
but infrastructure is the same.

All these models will essentially contain

1.Offgrid Pod
2.Plot
3.Microfarm.

It should be beautified and developed in a way that is attractive and conducive to Tourism and
STR renting models.9 employment generation and Agri activities and businesses can flourish.

STR (Short term Rentals) and pricing should be correctly estimated and Iterated into the costs
and the profit ratio and made sure it is in th remit of the project conceptualization.

Pilot
A pilot project of One Offgrid Pod Microfarm model installed at the site wooden or steel
,should suffice to visualize the quality of living,should be placed and Be used as the marketing
office.Attractive trees ,Readily grown,Grafted (Like Mangoes) and other fast yielding bulbs like
garlic,ginger and onions can be cultivated in small plots to to finish off the property for sale.
