Respondent A and B have experienced this, it's
just that Respondent A's worker has to go in
order to grow while Respondent B's worker left
because of lack of satisfaction on their job.
Respondent C never experienced this.

Respondents B and C are more on having heart-
to-heart talks with their workers, while
Respondent A motivates by giving incentives.
