C. Establishing a purpose for the Before the start of the lesson, the teacher will ask 4 student
lesson volunteers to go to the front to do the message relay
activity.
While the students who are sitting in their chairs will silently
observe the actions done by the volunteer students.
After the activity, the teacher will then ask the students
about what the activity is all about.

Instruction:
1. The pair will pick which telephone or webcam
scenario they will perform.

b. A Teacher presenting a lesson in his online

c. Husband and wife’s argument over the phone.
d. A daughter calling her mother from abroad.
e. A call from a suitor you do not like, asking for a
meet up.
2. The pair will be given 5 minutes to prepare their
script.
3. Maintain social distancing while doing the activity.
4. 2 minutes will be given to the pair to present their
scenario.
5. One from the pair will be the spokesperson to share
the activity and the elements of communication
present in the conversation.
