NARRATIVE REPORT
INTRODUCTION

On-the-job training, or OJT, is a way of allowing students to apply the ideas and computations that they
have learned in school. It also assists students in gaining relevant knowledge and skills by allowing them
to perform in a real-world situation. As part of the curriculum, colleges and universities need their
students to complete such training within a certain number of hours. But, Due to COVID-19 pandemic
they offered webinars as a requirements of Pre- OJT.

KNOWLEDGE/ LEARNING ACQUIRED

These past few months i attended four webinars. The first webinar is about the TESDA which is Packaged
Air Conditioner Unit Servicing. It was so very interesting for me, because they provide a video about
Installation of Airconditioner ,PACU Trouble shooting, and PACU Testing. I enjoyed watching their
videos because they were all well-organized in explaining and discussing the procedures. The second is
about Electrical Fabrication webinar. I was not really familiar with this topic, but based on my personal
knowledge i can say that its commonly used by electrecians, technician and engineers that used for
installing, operating, repairing or designing equipment for modern industries. Third is about Phased
Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) Pipeline Inspection Application. I have no idea about this webinar but
based on the speaker, they said and explained that Phased arrays are used for a wide variety of
inspection and measurement applications. And they can be used for any job done by conventional
ultrasonics. For example, phased arrays are used to detect and image defects including cracks, voids,
and pits caused by corrosion. And the last is Basic Calibration of Engineering Dimensional Metrology
Instrument. This webinar is about measurement equipment with multiple sensors, it means that you
should measure the equipment carefully and accuracy to avoid errors.

OBSERVATION

During the Webinar, I observed that the coordinator and speaker communicated effectively and had a
comprehensive understanding of the issues they were discussing. I also noted that people who
participate in the event's discussion and question-and-answer section are given freebies. And I saw that
all of the attendees are interested in the issue and willing to listen and learn.

RECOMMENDATION/ SUGGESTION

I propose that they distribute handouts and links to all webinar attendees so that they can assemble and
use notes while the webinar is in progress. This way, they can concentrate on listening to the speaker
rather than doing silly things.
