The report shall contain the following. The report shall be printed and Spiral hard bound.

CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION (This consists of: 1.1 Introduction of the INTERNSHIP
Work;  1.2 Details of internship, 1.3 Objectives and 1.4 Scope of the INTERNSHIP Work).
CHAPTER 2 LITERATURE REVIEW (It shall include theoretical support, regarding
INTERNSHIP work done, methods established, any new approach. It  should preferably
highlight the development in the field of Civil Engineering as  reflected from books, journals,
Site, Software training etc.)
  CHAPTER 3 INTERNSHIP (It shall include a flow chart and then detailed INTERNSHIP
work or Course Done) 
OR
CHAPTER 3 DEVELOPMENT OF MODEL(S) / Drawing / Design (If INTERNSHIP is
done with aid of soft computing tools/ course, It shall include a flow chart and then detailed
methodology of the INTERNSHIP work) 
CHAPTER 4 CASE STUDY (If INTERNSHIP work is done with aid of soft computing  tools
or design based project work) 
CHAPTER 5 DISCUSSIONS and OUTCOMES (based on type of INTERNSHIP work )  
CHAPTER 6 CONCLUSION 
REFERENCES and BIBLIOGRAPHY (The references and bibliography shall include  name
of author/code/manual/book, title of paper/code/manual/book, name of the  journal, month &
year of publication, volume number/ISBN number, page number  x-y. The references and
bibliography shall be as per universal standards as mentioned  in any international journal of
professional body.) 
WEBOGRAPHY (If any matter is referred from website then write name of website e.g.
www.environment-agency.gov.uk and write few lines about referred website which  indicates
purpose or use of website). 
LIST OF PUBLICATIONS (see Annexure - C) (If applicable)

Note: Other relevant chapters can be incorporated as per the theme of the  INTERNSHIP

INTERNSHIP REPORT TYPING AND PRINTING DETAILS:

1. Report shall be typed on A4 size Executive Bond paper with spacing 1.5 on one side of
paper.  
2. Margins: Left Margin: 37.5 mm, Right Margin: 25 mm, Top Margin: 25 mm, Bottom Margin:
25 mm. 
3. Give page number at bottom at center. 
4. Size of Letters: Chapter Number: 14 font size in Capital Bold Letters, Chapter  Name: 14 Font
size in Capital Bold Letters, Main Titles (1.1, 2.5 etc): 12 Font size in Bold Letters- Sentence
case, Sub Titles (1.1.5, 4.5.1 etc): 12 Font size in Bold  Letters-Sentence case. All other matter:
12 Font size sentence case. 5. No blank sheet be left in the report. 
6. Figure name: 12 Font size in sentence case-Below the figure.  
7. Table title -12 Font size in sentence case-Above the table.
