AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION

I, NELIA F. CALAGO, Filipino, of legal age, single, and resident of Oyan,

Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte, after having been sworn to an oath in accordance with
law, do hereby declare:

That I am a grandchild of ISIDRO S. PAMAGAN, who died at the age of 92;

That I was able to witness his death on September 10, 2004 at his residential
house in Oyan, Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte;

That ISIDRO S. PAMAGAN died naturally because of old age;

I am executing this sworn affidavit in good faith, freely and voluntarily and to
attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing statement, for whatever purpose it may serve;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 7 th day of
