DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

OF A PORTION OF REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MERLINDA T. ANTIPUESTO, Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of Sipaon,


Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte, am one of the legal and compulsory heirs of EMILIANO TAN-AWON
(deceased), who is the absolute owner and possessor, of a parcel of land described as follows:

“A parcel of land, Lot 1718, Pls-100, situated in the Barrio of


Sipaon, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, Island
of Mindanao; containing an area of THIRTY ONE THOUSAND, FIFTY-
SEVEN (31, 057) SQUARE METERS, more or less, COVERED BY Original
Certificate of Title No. P-1058.”

That for and in consideration of the sum of FIVE THOUSAND (P5,000.00) PESOS,
Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to my entire and full satisfaction,
I hereby sell, cede, transfer and convey, by way of absolute sale, a portion of said lot equivalent
to THIRTY (30) square meters, from my undivided share, in favor of MERLA M. OMANDAM,
Filipino, of legal age, widow, resident of Sipaon, Rizal, Zamboanga del Norte, her heirs and
successors-in-interests, free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 7 th day of October,


2021, at Dipolog City, Philippines.
