Isolat® Enviro 1011

wax free release agent for
aluminium, magnesium and zinc die casting

Characterization
®
Isolat Enviro 1011 is a snow-white emulsion of highly pure, natural raw materials. This
results in the manufacturing of cast parts with enormous brightness and perfection. The
release is excellent and the fine and well distributed emulsion is extremely durable.
®
Isolat Enviro 1011 is completely free of wax and silicon, even after many weeks of use no
sticky residue will form on the moulding frames. Sliding cores and spray systems will always
stay clean and will never block.
®
Cast parts produced with Isolat Enviro 1011 can be welded, painted or powder coated.

Field of Application
Suitable for a wide spectrum of cast parts, also for large and heavy parts. Temperature of
the mould: from about 160 to max. 400° C..

Characteristics and Advantages

· the cast parts can be welded, powder coated and painted
· above-average release (also suitable for old moulds with cracks)
· effective reduction of "Metallization" (metal on metal welding)
· excellent cast parts with outstanding shiny surfaces
· high process reliability (stable emulsion, no clogging of pipes and spray nozzles)

Form of Delivery
®
Isolat Enviro 1011 is an emulsion available in various concentrations which will
®
immediately dissolve in water. Dilute Isolat Enviro 1011 with water prior to use. The
diluted product should not be stirred at all to prevent foaming caused by too hard stirring.
Do not blow in air.
The container with the release agent concentrate must be closed tight immediately after
use.

Dilution
The ultimate or ideal dilution ratio for a particular casting is determined by: duration of
spray, spray velocity, geometry and complexity of casting as well as the temperature of the
tooling. On-site tests should therefore be carried out to establish the correct ratio for each
particular application.
