Sunita Sharma who is the housewife but very talented women in the field of
creativity, she is very good in making homemade items like, Cloths, decorative
things, Jewelry, Craft by hand, and gifts etc. to explore she wanted to open her
own business in homemade items, she knows that she can do it but little nervous
for starting up the new business, because she will have to hire talented
employees also, who can work tirelessly for her business and give her effective
output, so initially she require 25 employees for that she has set some Job
descriptions which she will want in her employees which are as follow-

Preference of employee should be women (who are the

housewife’s and wanted to grow in the future, some men are also
required for outside work.
Age is above 20 for employees and for the Manager position above
25, also have the 5 year of work experience.
Educational background not required for employees as it is the
business of homemade things but for the higher position like,
manager level post-graduation degree is required
Employees are nearby business location so it will be easy for
women.

The chart shows that there are more numbers of women’s who are housewife
which is required in the business Sunita have a plus point here but as far as the
manager is concern there are only 2 people who have more than 5 years of work
experience and they both are men. So, there are confusion and difficulty level
increases that whom to choose if both are not suitable than what?

Maximum people have their own vehicle which is required for this business this
is also the plus point for Sunita to run her business smoothly, also the
educational background is not mandatory for employees but here all are quite
well in education which is good for the company, they will able to give more
creative ideas to the company.

If talking about in the statistical way Regression analysis shows the adjusted R
square value 0.005 which is less than 0.05, it says that business is good.
