Rules for collecting biological material and preparing patients for laboratory tests (blood, urine, sputum, feces). Preparation of 4

7 Manipulation technique: the simplest physiotherapy procedures (mechanism of action, preparation of the patient and the technique
of setting cans, mustard plasters, warming and cold compress, feeding hot water bottles and ice bubbles, medical leeches).
Observation of the patient during the procedure and first aid in case of complications.
Methods of use of medicines: General rules, basic terms and concepts, the order of storage and accounting, and the issuance of 4
potent medicines in the departments of a medical organization in accordance with the order. External routes of drug
administration: through the skin, mucous membranes and respiratory tract. Application of ointments, solutions, powders, plasters,
powders, pastes.
8 Enteral route of drug administration (inside, through the gastrointestinal tract): through the mouth (powders, tablets, pills, dragees,
capsules, solutions, infusions and tinctures, decoctions, extracts, medicines), rectum (decoctions, solutions, mucus, suppositories),
under the tongue(nitroglycerin, validol,sex hormones, etc.), laying behind the cheek(plates, tablets). Inhalation method of
administration of drugs: administration of drugs directly into the respiratory tract (gaseous substances, vapors of volatile liquids,

Parenteral route of drug administration: in tissues (intradermally, intramuscularly, intraosseous), vessels (intravenously,
intraarterially, in lymphatic vessels), cavities (in the pleural cavity, abdominal cavity, intracardiac, articular cavity), subarachnoid
space. Technique of subcutaneous and intramuscular injections. Possible complications and their prevention.

nutrition in the presence of stoma of the digestive tract, rules for working with colostomy bags, treatment of fecal fistulas.
