track of tasks.

Customer relationship system:


This information system helps to

• forecast customer interactions with businesses;

• resolve customer issues

• monitor customer feedback.

very organized and time-efficient manner, such as reservations. It increases the hotel's
revenue while decreasing employee costs.

flowing. There are accounting packages, customer relationship management (CRM)
packages, and a dizzying array of industry-specific software.

Education management information system:


An EMIS can be defined as 'a system for the collection, integration, processing, maintenance
and dissemination of data and information to support decision-making, policy-analysis and
formulation.

EMIS is used

• To keep track of kids' attendance, academic performance, and grades

• Punctuality

• To ascertain the outcome of the adoption of new rules

• To compile the final report
