USC EMAIL EXTENSIONS

To keep track and make your emails more formal in the eyes of the faculty

A. EMAIL TRACKER
This allows you to track if you’re email has been read / opened for how
many times

1. Go to Link:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions?hl=en
2. Search for “Email Finder by Snov.io” then select “Add to Chrome”
then select “Add extension”
3. Open your USC gmail account and Activate it

B. GMAIL Signature
Make your emails more professional with a personalized signature

1. Open your USC Gmail account


2. Select Compose then click on signatures
3. Select the “Manage signatures” and wait for the pop-up. Your
screen should look like this

4. Scroll down until you see the “Signatures”

5. Select “Create New” Signature then select a title for your signature
(Example: Student Signature)
6. On the right side text box, you may start typing / creating your
signature! You may bold/italicize/ change font with regards to your
preference
For example:

7. Afterwards, scroll down and click on “Save Changes”

8. Now that you’ve finished, lets try it out! Click on “Compose


message” Then click on signatures and tap the title to use your
custom signature
