For me, Being a Responsible User of Media means being responsible in what you say,

what you click, and what you posts. Participating in online community life safely,
ethically, and politely is what responsible media user entails. Respecting other media
user and preserve their reputations and privacy, and monitor their tone. Those qualities
must be applied to everyone for the good of oneself and of all.
