6.Impacts of CSR
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) not only can be impacting the society we live in and
create a healthier community, but it can also be part of a business strategy for success. It
builds a crucial ethical stand, in which members are accountable for fulfilling their public
duty. Our actions must benefit the whole of society. In this way, we can create the right
balance between economic growth and the well-being of society and the environment.

7.Our learnings towards this CSR study

Clearly, CSR programs cost money and take some staff attention away from the
organization's business. CSR exercise strengthen the bond among jobholders. People develop
a habit of working together as a unit to help others. CSR also goes a long way in rearing a
positive image of the brand. People start believing in the brand and nothing can help you
further than your punters trusting you and your brand. However, a good CSR program can
bring you multiple business benefits, including the following:
 Improving your company's reputation, and its ability to manage reputational risks.
 Helping to promote your brand and image in an increasingly socially-aware and
perceptive
 marketplace.
 They also develop a sense of piety and attachment towards their order which is at
least supposing for the society.
 Positive word of mouth ultimately helps to prompt further yield for the order.
 In present’s script of cut throat competition, everyone is so tied-up in chasing
targets and handling the pressure at sweatshop that we actually, forget that there's
a world around us as well.
 CSR in a way also plays a vital task in the progress of the society, which would at
the end of the day serve us only.
