1 Payment Terms 40% against release of order 60% before Dispatch of Material

PV Modules -25 years Warranty on power Output (90% of the rated power is
guaranteed over a period of 10 years and 80% of the rated power is guaranteed
2 Warranty over a period of 25 years ). (Degradation 0.5% to 1% per year)
Inverter --5 Year System warranty except natural calamities.

Deleivery & Installation 30-45 Days from the Date of Receipt of technically & Commercially clear order

Schedule and Advance Payment

4 Validity of Offer 15 Days from the date of offer. After this period a confirmation has to be taken.

A. Roof Top to be arranged and provided by the client.

B. Electricity & Water shall be provided by client during the construction of the
said project
C. Provide safe storage space for the material being used for Solar Power Plant.
D. Provide Electricity supply to synchronize the inverter on commissioning and
commissioning onward.
5 Client Scope
E. Provide connection space in the LT panel to connect the Inverter Output.
F.Internet Connection to be provided by the client for remote monitoring of the
system .
G. Cleaning of solar modules in your scope
H. One Person from client side for basic training of operation of solar PV
system.

A. Cost of Super Structure (High Rise ) as per customer choice (If any ) shall be
borne by customer.
6 Exclusion B. This offer is valid for normal side conditions.
C. Any extra length of cable (If more than 90 feet)
D. Transportation cost will be extra if more than 30 KM of Jodhpur city radius.
 If at any stage during the period of contract the performance of any obligations
under the contract is prevented or delayed whollaly or partaly be reasons of war,
hostility,fire,floods,lightning,epidemics,sabotages, guarantee,restrictions or other
acts of God ,Government or Law (herin after referred to as eventuates ) then a
notice of the happening of any such eventuality will be given with in 7 days from

the Date of occurence of any such eventuality in such case neither party nor shall
any claim to be made for damages against the order in respect of such non
performance or delay and the performance and deleveries of the contract will be
resumed as soon as practicable after such eventualityhas come to an end or
ceased to exit.
