Answers:

1. The process of transforming data from one format to another also known as data
transformation. As a computer user, you most likely execute simple data conversions on a daily basis.
When you convert a Microsoft Word file to a PDF, for example you are altering data. Data
transformation, on the other hand, is increasingly essential and sophisticated in big data analytics. This
is because when dealing with big amounts of data, various data analytics tools, and multiple database
servers, you're certain to come into instances in which a large quantity of data converts information
from one format to the another.
A conversion procedure is necessary to transfer data into information that can be examined. In
a number of new terminology for data analysis have emerged in recent years. Traditional business
intelligence now includes data discovery, graphical analysis, agile BI, and business analysis. Here are
three instances of data transformation into information:
a. The computer is processing unprocessed and raw data about a certain entry to produce a final
output with a short volume.
b. A data type that is rarely utilized yet is often used when converted.
c. A data from a government that seems to be relatively uncommon and hard to duplicate, but
information that will be simpler to reproduce and extremely significant in making decisions.

2. Education, communication, business, industry, therapy, and banking are just a few of the
sectors where information technology is employed. We used to communicate by writing several
generations old, but now we communicate through network systems such as the telephone, mobile
phones, and the internet.
Something I have on a daily basis which also require the use of information technology include:
 I commonly use the internet to look for assignments and projects. Since when I do monitor news
and trends on the internet, but I also have been doing a lot of online browsing for new discoveries.
 I typically employ interactive technologies such as virtual personal assistants. To undertake an
online chat discussion, text or text-to-speech is utilized instead of direct interaction with a live
person agent.
 Of course the best role of information technology in my everyday life that involves
communication. Like everyone else, I find it simpler to contact people online than in person.
Long-distance communication is one area where technology has had a big influence on daily life.
Previously, we focused on fax machines, conventional mail, and the telephone. In recent years,
email, SMS, and a variety of chat software applications have emerged as the major forms of
communication. Furthermore, digital communication is becoming increasingly common, which
reduces the need for actual traveling.
 In terms of school, information boosts my production efficiency. I generally use microsoft word,
spreadsheets, digital presentations, and other office productivity software, which has grown so
frequent that it has entirely adjusted everything from students to administrative duties.

3. Prolonged use of technology harms the patterns of thinking that connect emotional
expression, concentration, and strategic thinking. According to a new study, increased usage of
smartphones, tablets, and other gadgets is connected with anxiousness, mild depression, and suicidal
thoughts. However, advancement of technology has made it simpler to travel to work or do home tasks.
There are several devices and mechanical devices necessary to make people's life simpler. So far it has
influenced modern civilization in sectors such as transport systems, education, and medicine. Impacts
of information technology about almost everything component of 21st-century living, from
transportation effectiveness and reliability to food and healthcare availability, socializing, and
productivity. The nature of the internet has makes it straightforward to establish worldwide
organizations and exchange information and insights.
Even only several months previously, I was having a lot of problems with my study; I mean, it
wasn't just the study concept, but everything was piling up around me. Many of the activities seem to
be rushing towards me at once, and I can't concentrate. I can't do almost everything else besides look at
the walls and windows, worried that I won't be able to fulfill my deadlines, and it's having a significant

burden in front of me and my thoughts. I should be doing everything on schedule. Unfortunately I can't
see the truth, and I'm not sure what is happening with me; I'm people who have a mental block, and I
genuinely don't understand what I've been studying. Although as I activated my computer and looked
up the substance of all the activities and indeed the subject of the analysis, it appeared like something
had future prospects on me. I think, anything seems to be on the internet, but I can also find whatever
information I always need. Even if it isn't acceptable to plagiarize, I'll only have to acquire the
principle and sum almost everything try to form it on my own. A certain evening at home, I must have
been ready to finish most of my activities, and the next day, I was necessary to finish even more. I was
sufficient to fulfil my deadlines and get everything together on time. I had also been managed to
straightforwardly summarize the thoughts as one, resulting from one complete set of beliefs. That is
until information technology came to me assist and done to solve my difficulties since I was about at
my lowest rate.
