“Does computer change the way human think?”

People nowadays rely and live with technology. We use computer in rhis generation

because it allowed us to do what we could not do with traditional method. In short computer

does really change the way human think because its does not just affect us physically but mentally as

well.

Computers have brought a number of changes to humankind. They effect practically

every realm of society business, industry, education, as well as the private lives of individuals.

Their use causes modifications in business, manufacturing, and communication, as well as other

disciplines. The main aspect of computers’ transformative nature, though, has been in how they

have reshaped the human psyche. Employing innumerable programs, computers act as digital

assistants in order to aid humanity to not be overloaded with information. Wealthy individuals

and business people in general have secretaries and executive assistants to remind them of

what to do and when to do it. Thus, those that use computers can concentrate on crucial tasks

with a clearer mind. Computers help to discharge memory and give more opportunities for the

implementation of creative work. They can execute monotonous actions on a consistent basis,

giving people the opportunity to develop innovative thinking.

These miraculous machines also give access to the Internet and an astounding amount

of information is online in the form of encyclopedias, newspapers, and magazines. This

enhances curiosity and, besides that, boosts critical thinking. When someone is looking for

particular information, one can become familiar with many web sources, as computers enable

us to embrace a lot more information than before – this database is great for comparing and

analyzing material as well as discovering a new logic to approach a specific subject.

The availability of online social networks is another key factor in how computers have

reshaped the human psyche. Social media is akin to a new communication school to a great

extent, it steps up creative abilities, and in particular, the ability to present oneself. Some time

ago, in order to communicate, one had to pay a visit to friends physically. At present, it is

possible to converse with the whole world keeping within doors. Computers widen the idea of

people’s communication which was previously limited by place of residence. Communication

has also been renovated in the sphere of business due to computer technology.

Computer applications make the human brain work more intensively, constantly forcing

us to level-up brain working efficiency, to boost logical and time-perspective thinking. In a

number of cases, computing activity has helped us to develop the ability to make decisions

quickly and think more flexibly. Computer technologies make peoples’ lives rich with

opportunity and allows them to be more efficient. Along with this, computers have obliged

humankind to make ample personal choices. Choice is the basis of free will, and is the greatest

mental capacity that a human can own.
