This is for information of the students enrolled to the 1st Year Allied Health Science courses
for the academic year 2021-2022 that you are hereby informed to report the college as per the
following schedule:

Admission for NRI students 28 th , 29th and 30th October 2021

You are also hereby informed to clear your 151 Year Fee (tuition fee including clinical
charges and Hostel) on or before 25 th October 2021, failure to do so will result in the admission
being cancelled.

The students are informed to carry the following:

l. Admission Letter & Payments Receipts.
2. Valid Covid-19 (RT-PCR) Negative Report (within 48 hours of sample collection) and
151 or 2nd dose Vaccination Certificate (Mandatory).
3. Original Documents to be submitted in the college by the candidate itself:
a) SSLC/l0th mark sheet+ certificate
b) 2 nd PUC/12th mark sheet+ certificate
c) Transfer certificate
d) Migration certificate
e) Study/Conduct/Character certificate from the previous institution
f) Eligibility certificate from RGUHS for CBSE/ICSE/NRI sponsor and out of state
student.
g) Passport size photograph 6 copies
h) Aadhar card photocopy
i) 2 set photocopies of all the original documents

a) Color copy of Passport
b) Color Residential proof of Parents (ID Proof from the Residing country)

r 5. Classes will be commencing from 28 th October 2021.

It is compulsory for all Girls from other states except Karnataka to reside in the college
hostel. The students are also informed to pay the Hostel Deposit Fee of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees:
Ten Thousand Only) for access to the hostel facility.

Only students in possession of the Hostel Permission Slip and NOC** will be permitted th
admis.sion to the hostel and allowed to attend the offline/Regular classes commencing from 28
October 2021.
