The document discusses the importance of positive professional social interactions between students and teachers. While the author admits to not always having positive relationships with their own teachers, they acknowledge that interacting well with teachers helps develop cognitive skills. When teachers scold students, it is often intended to help them learn from mistakes. Good relationships between students and teachers tend to result in students who participate more in class, are more persevering in their studies, and are more passionate about their work. Teaching can be difficult due to students who do not understand the sacrifices teachers make to prepare students for their futures.

“Positive Professional Social Interactions: Molds Students”
Social Interactions takes place between our teachers and us students and to our co
students but I can’t say that positive student-teacher relationship professionally exist all the time. The way I interact with my classmates I admit that I’m not good at socializing reason whyoften with my close friends but when the call of professionalism exist I still manage to socialize with them well. On the other hand the way I interact with my teacher/s helps me a lot to develop and improve my cognitive skill. As students we must accept that when our teacher scolds us they just wanted us to learn from our mistake. The way a student participate in class, the way he or she is persevered in his or her studies, and the passion of what he or she am doing turns out to be well when a good relationship between his or her teacher is good so for me I am not against professional Social Interactions. According to Kohlberg’s three levels of Moral Development the Pre-conventional Stage is where punishment and obedienceorientation exist. Also as stated by Peter Riddle, “Professional relationships with teachers become game changers for kids.”. Teaching is not easy, the only thing that makes it difficult are the student who don't have an idea what the teacher is sacrificing their time, effort, and sometimes family just to make a person fully equipped for his or her future.
