1. So, it really matters between these two different people because this kind of relationship
has something to do with molding the students. A teacher doesn’t know how to start a
new relationship that would end up to making something messy in the sense that the
respect was not there. There must be always respect in the sense that the purpose of the
teacher is to develop the students. In developing students, you must have to it might be
that the teacher must have a higher standards of capacity maybe, but then the students are
always expecting the teachers to be good enough to get down their standard in the sense
that the students are coming from different schools, cultures and different learning.
Therefore. It really matters very much because the respect between the teacher and the
student get into doing such a thing some sort of friendly relationship, when it comes to
this relationship will always good and somehow there is always some sort of bonding
between the teachers of the students. But then there is always a boundary between
teachers and students. Boundaries in the sense that teachers are teachers and students are
students. That’s why there is always a respect in student and teacher relationship.
2. Positive teacher- student relationship in the sense that you will always have bonding with
the students might be there are sometimes that the teachers will impose the rules, but then
in general we will be always a good atmosphere between within the classrooms of the
students and teachers. That’s why respect is always adhered to have such a good
relationship and that will always matter with the opportunity of the outcome that the
students are expecting from the teachers.
3. Negative, somehow the teacher do not understand the students sometimes or it might be
that the refuse to become a mothers and fathers to their children/students. Might be this
kind of relationship will shatter if the teachers will continue doing something on a might
be a student that has no knowledge that they are teaching or as I said there is always
some sort of thing for a teacher to encourage their students to learn and that is how a
positive things will come out.
4. Being friendly, I think that would be the best thing and the respect also to the students
feelings and maybe the culture are different, ethical standards are different but there is
always a limitation on it. As a teacher you do not tend to imposed everything that you
have seen to the cause to this relationship to bagged down or to be messy. Some sort of
respect still but you have to expect from both sides. There will always good things to
happen if the teachers will always think some sort of that is a good of the students. Doing
something about this has to do something with positivity of the outcome that will come
based on activity between students and teachers.
5. As a teacher, it will be very hard to deal with specific student’s character and ability. But
then, it is a work of a teacher in some sort of way to develop the undeveloped. So,
literally its starts with ABC but then the ABC will also starts with the ethical, moral
standard to come up with better resolution to problems. As I said, there are so many
things that will happen within the classroom; it might be that the situation in the
classroom is a hostile to the teacher/students. So it depends on the teachers on how to
deal with the situation. Experience will also help the teacher in making the students grow.
In reality, the very thing that the teacher will do to those students let them be molded in a
right way, proper situation so that they will become good citizen in their own community
and the whole country.
Sir Daven Rey E. Serondo (Junior High School Faculty)

1. Good teachers- students’ relationship look like this when the student is able to show
his/her capacity and is welcome by the teacher, and the teacher might use the strategy to
entertain this kind of learning skills of the students. So that is good teacher-students looks
like and this relationship matter because this is grow academically and as a person and at
the same time the teacher also grow professionally.
2. A classroom setting that has a positive relationship will be like this, the students basically
listen when the teacher discusses and then they are free to give their opinions by having a
discussion. So, it should be a student-centered classroom. That means no all the time that
the teacher will speak but it should be the students.
3. Negative, in the sense that the teacher wills always talking all the time and s\he didn’t
allow his/her students to speak. The student has no chance to speak out his\her learning
from the lesson/discussion.
4. There should be a time for teacher and students’ open-forum or feedback giving.
Evaluation from the students of the teachers. In order for the teacher for to work what is
lacking with his/her work or the way of teaching. There must be openness.
5. Well, in order for the teacher to understand if the student has a problem, the teacher must
know first the student’s story. The more we know the problem behind, the more we know
how to handle these difficult students.
Maam Reziel B. Yosores (Senior High School Faculty)

1. Both sides must be an open-minded. They must be open to each other so that both of
them can understand what could be the situation of the both sides. This relationship
matter so that the teacher and the students have a connection or to link connection as well
as to build strong foundation in the classroom.
2. The atmosphere in the classroom should be welcoming, and a very open one.
3. The negative is when the affection to each other is too much. It should have a limitation
because it is not, the students will take it for granted and they will not respect you. It is
frustrating for the teachers when this situation happened so that’s it respect begets
respect.
4. In cultivating positive relationship in the classroom, the teacher will plant good attitude,
build openness but not to the sense that it is too much. In short it should be in a moderate
way.
5. Encourage the students in so many ways and help them build their future through
imparting your knowledge to them.
