2. What is the difference of teaching inside and classroom and teaching online?
Teaching inside and classroom involve students and teachers engaging in
real-time, which is one of the key contrasts between online and traditional
training. Online teaching, on the other hand, works at their own pace through
lectures and other training materials. They post queries in online discussion
forums and must wait for a response from a teacher or another student.
Some may believe that the delay in engagement slows learning, yet teachers
can really use it to their advantage. Teachers can invite students to pause the
video and think about the information offered before continuing when
presenting complex subjects in lectures. Students can learn at their own pace,
ensuring that no one is left behind. When transitioning from teaching inside
and classroom to online teaching, it's critical to evaluate the teacher's
position. Rather than delivering knowledge to a big group of students who,
for the most part, sit quietly, an online teacher acts as a facilitator, enabling
students to connect with one another and debate the content. While the
teacher plays an important role in guiding discussions, students are
encouraged to contribute their own ideas and experiences. This method of
instruction can promote independent thinking and deeper engagement with
the content.
