Minutes of Meeting

The faculty orientation program on Department Level Optional Course- I (DLOC I) for Sem V (Mechanical and Automobile Branch) R2019 C
Scheme was organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Pillai College of Engineering, Panvel on 10 th July 2021 at 3 PM on behalf
of Board of Studies (Mechanical Engg), UoM. The program was in Online mode and was conducted using Google Meet.
Dr.Vivek Sunnapwar (Chairman Board of Studies, UoM), Dr.D P Tambuskar, Dr.B T Patil, Dr.C M Coudhari, Dr.V S Bilolikar, Dr.C M Choudhari,
Dr.Kiran Choudhari, Dr.Digvijay Bhosale as resource persons and faculty members of Mechanical and Automobile from various affiliated
colleges of UoM were present for the program. Dr.Tambuskar welcomed everyone present in the program and Dr.Sunnapwar addressed all
the participants and explained the importance of inclusion DLOCs in the syllabus and importance of orientation for faculty members teaching
the subjects.

• Teachers can discuss the topics mentioned in the syllabi to more depth and free to discuss numerical problem of any size/case
studies/research papers related to the subjects
